12.15.22 Update on The Village at M-22

Kicking off a new house at 9915 Ottawa. Excavation is complete and footings were poured last week.

Since our last update on 9924 Ottawa, temporary doors have been installed and heat is up and running allowing for flooring to be delivered and painting to start.

We've passed our final inspection at 9921 Ottawa and are chugging along on punch list items.

Trim work has begun at 9927 Ottawa along with some pre-painting preparation.

We are wrapping up our work at 9918 Ottawa and cleaners are on site getting it all sparkly clean for the new owners.
