Development Update

We were able to take the drone out last week and get a few photo updates. The 5 new homes on Crescent are well underway with some ready for cabinets and trim and other nearing drywall completion. All of these homes are already SOLD with the new owners anxiously awaiting being able to move into their beautiful new homes overlooking the wetland/nature preserve.

We've also made some significant progress on our extension of Ottawa Ave and the custom homes on our newly developed 6 home sites. All 6 of the lots are either sold or under contract and we're currently preparing to break ground on 4 of those soon. The site work for the road is mostly complete - the water lines have been extended and it is now accessible by car via the gravel drive. The approximately 23 acres of wetland in these photos abuts the Chippewa Run Natural Area and earlier this summer we donated the land to the Leelanau Conservancy.
